SISKIYOU SUNRISE - #1
The morning sun is about to rise over the mountains surrounding Lake Siskiyou.
All of the photographs in this Exhibit were taken on July 22, 2018, while camping at Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort, located near Mount Shasta, at the southern end of the Cascade Range in Siskiyou County, California.
There were a number of wildfires nearby that made the sky appear hazy and red. The persistent smoke made it uncomfortable (and unhealthy) to spend much time outside and also obscured the normally spectacular views of Mount Shasta.
